| ROOFING The primary focus of the T.F. Beck Company was servicing the automotive industry in Southeast Michigan. As technology and the needs of our customers have changed, so has our company. T.F. Beck is now a fully diversified roofing and sheet metal company specializing in all types of roofing systems for the Industrial and Commercial Industries. EQUIPMENT AND PERSONNEL At T.F. Beck we own and operate 100% of our equipment which includes everything from kettles to conveyors, hoists to heatguns and dump trucks to on-deck equipment. By owning our own machinery, we can guarantee adequate tooling for each job, offer experienced crews and provide emergency service 24 hours a day. Our equipment is backed by a full compilement of highly trained journeymen and apprentice roofers who have been or are in the process of 3 years of formal training on the use and care of equipment and the proper application methods and techniques of roof installation. CUSTOMER SERVICE Our principle officers also volunteer much of their time to various associations and committees in the community to continually widen their knowledge base and stay abreast of the current issues and concerns of the industry. SHEET METAL Currently the fastest growing area of the T.F. Beck Company, our fully equipped Sheet Metal Facility consists of shears, breaks, rotodies, layout tables, bar folders, soldering irons, soldering pots and seam rollers. Our inventory includes most guages of galvanized sheet metal, kynar painted steel, copper, aluminum, stainless steel and lead. CAPABILITIES The Capabilities of our Sheet Metal Division has grown dramatically over the last several years. Originally used for fabricating and installing metal accessories in conjunction with various roofing systems, this division has now expanded its operations to include sash roof and siding installations, replacement and repair, and the installation of fiberglass plastic panels. We also have the capability to design and install standing seam roof systems with either snap on battens or a more sophisticated double folded Pittsburghlock seam system. Finally, our sheet metal department has expanded into Butler Manufacturing's pre-engineered self supporting roof systems allowing us to take a flat roof and turn it into a sloped metal roof system through the use of pre-engineered structural members. |
